The Proposal Hill Cap Classique Brut Rosé, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir vines on the western slope of Tygerberg hill at De Grendel, embodies tradition and innovation. This bone-dry rosé exudes complexity, boasting a weightier palate and fine, persistent mousse. With hints of oyster shell and fresh lavender on the nose, it offers intense strawberry coulis and black cherry flavors, balanced by firm acidity, culminating in an exceptionally long finish. Ideal for summer celebrations and festive occasions, it elevates al fresco meals, picnics, and garden parties. Enjoyable on its own or as a sundowner with company, its fine bubbles and intense flavor awaken the palate for food pairings.
