Introducing the limited edition Davidoff Grand Cru Diademas Finas Limited Edition, available for shipping on July 4th. This exceptional cigar features a slightly modified Grand Cru blend, with a tobacco aged in grand cru wine barrels from Bordeaux, creating a unique and sophisticated flavor profile. Available only in the diademas format, it is a must-try for cigar enthusiasts!
In 1946, Zino Davidoff envisioned a line of cigars crafted with the same meticulous care as classic Bordeaux wines. The blend of these cigars was selected based on the soil and climate in which the tobacco grew, mirroring the French concept of 'terroirs.' Just as Bordeaux wines blend three main grape varieties, these cigars feature three different fillers. Thus, the Davidoff Grand Cru cigars were born.
Now, echoing the richness of Bordeaux’s ripe grapes, a new innovation has emerged, resulting in an even more remarkable cigar, truly deserving of the title Grand Cru. The Diademas Finas Limited Edition Collection incorporates tobacco aged in Premier Grand Cru red wine casks from Bordeaux.
In the spirit of Zino’s pioneering blends, this marks the first time wine-cask aged tobacco has been used. Dominican San Vicente seco tobacco is matured for six months in these casks, imbuing the cigar with flavors reminiscent of chateaux wines – dark cherries, walnuts, and citrus. The combination of flavors rolls around in the mouth like wine being swirled in a glass. This cigar is perfect to accompany a vintage bottle from France’s most celebrated wine region.
This special edition is the perfect choice for celebrating with family and friends, promising to please every kind of smoker. The presentation of this limited edition Davidoff cigar is second to none, showcased in the Diadema size, which is a true testament to the art of cigar making. Experience the robust yet delicate notes of the Davidoff Grand Cru Diademas Finas Limited Edition– truly, time beautifully filled.
