Tasting Notes: tart, dry, floral, ripe red berry, currant, balanced, medium acidity, grapefruit zest aroma
Dashfire Hibiscus bitters are a deliciously tart, floral tincture that balances subtle aromas of rosehip and hibiscus flowers with a sweet and tart red currant undertone. Try these in a Bramble, a Long Island Iced Tea, with vodka, gin, or to bring a tart contrast to Manhattans and smoky mezcal. Their sour/tart profile also works wonders to heighten fruit salads or to flavour whipped cream. Float a dash on a frothy egg white topped sour!
