Dalmore 18 Year Old Whisky
A sophisticated Highland single malt of distinguished pedigree, this annual limited edition represents the pinnacle of mature Scotch whisky. Handcrafted by master distiller Gregg Glass, it begins maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before a long, luxurious finish in 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from Spain’s famed Gonzalez Byass bodega.
- Dalmore 18 Year Old Whisky reveals bold aromas of vanilla pod, orange zest, and dark chocolate, underscored by cinnamon and candied citrus.
- The palate unfolds in waves of dark chocolate ganache, raisins, spiced plum, and subtle espresso. A supple, velvety mouthfeel leads to notes of roasted nuts and a touch of leather.
- The finish is long and persistent, marked by stewed fruits, sticky toffee fudge, and lingering sherry warmth.
This exceptional Dalmore whisky is ideally suited to pairing with rich and indulgent foods. Try it alongside bitter dark chocolate, espresso creme brulee or pecan pie. Savoury options like duck confit or venison.
