Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the Highlands of Jalisco (Los Altos). Slow-cooked in brick ovens and double-distilled in copper pot stills at the famous Tequila Cazcanes / La Alteña ecosystem (NOM 1474). This innovative expression undergoes a unique botanical infusion: unaged blanco tequila is infused ("curado") with cooked pieces of mature Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, bringing a deeply authentic, rich, and naturally sweet agave core to the finished liquid.
Food Pairing: Grilled octopus, roasted pork carnitas, fresh guacamole with cotija cheese, sea bass ceviche, and grilled sweet corn.
Tasting Notes : Pale straw to light golden tint with exceptional clarity and a rich, oily medium body.
Nose : Pronounced roasted agave sweetness, rich smoke, cooked earth, honey, lemon zest, and subtle herbal notes.
Palate : Exceptionally rich and agave-forward, featuring sweet baked agave, smoked caramel, bright lime, white pepper, and wet stone minerality.
Finish : Long, warm, and deeply sweet with lingering cooked agave, gentle earthiness, and subtle cracked black pepper.
Serve : Serve neat at room temperature in a glencairn or Riedel tequila glass to appreciate its rich agave extraction, or over a large ice sphere.
