The La Imperiosa series is another magnificent creation from Crown Heads and their prolific partnership with My Father Cigars that captures the spirit of early 20th Century cigars with tobaccos that are artfully blended for modern cigar enthusiasts. Rich, robust and delicious, the La Imperiosa Corona Gorda is a stunner.
Handcrafted in Esteli Nicaragua, the Crowned Heads La Imperiosa Corona Gorda is a traditionally Cuban-sized 5 ¾” x 46 stick with an alluring Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper leaf shrouding lively Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos, the same tobaccos found in the elusive Las Calaveras 2014 blend.
The Crowned Heads La Imperiosa Corona Gorda unleashes intense red pepper flavors at the start and calms into a sumptuously complex excursion filled with leather, earth and dried fruit notes. A velvety texture defines the full-bodied smoke from start to lavishly entertaining finish the keep the taste-buds abuzz long after it is put to rest.
Available in nostalgic boxes of 24 voluptuous cigars, the plush 45 minute or so smoke, the Crowned Heads La Imperiosa Corona Gorda delivers a character that is both rich and exquisitely smooth, making it a sure-fire bet to be the vote-getter for favorite cigar in your humidor. Enjoy with a fine Cognac for stunning results!
