Back and bolder than ever, the Blood Medicine B-Positive LE 2026 returns with a fresh twist and expanded lineup, delivering one of the most intriguing limited releases from Crowned Heads to date.
Originally introduced as an experimental offshoot of the Blood Medicine line, the B-Positive was designed to push the blend into darker, richer territory—and it does exactly that. For 2026, the blend keeps its core foundation of Nicaraguan fillers and an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed binder but swaps out the original Ecuadorian habano wrapper for a more robust Nicaraguan corojo leaf. The result is a deeper, meatier profile with added intensity, offering a bold, full-flavored smoking experience that still maintains balance and refinement.
Handcrafted at TacaNicsa factory under the watchful eye of master blender Eradio Pichardo, this limited edition showcases the artistry and precision that have made the Blood Medicine line a cult favorite among enthusiasts.
Each size is limited to just 800 boxes of 21 cigars, making this a highly collectible release that won’t stay on shelves for long.
Steeped in history, the Blood Medicine name traces back to Nashville’s historic Merchants Hotel, a hub for musicians since 1892, adding a layer of storytelling and heritage to every cigar.
If you’re looking for a cigar that delivers bold complexity, limited availability, and a rich backstory, the Blood Medicine B-Positive LE 2026 is a must-have addition to your humidor.
