Established in 1888 by I. Trager & Co., Cream of Kentucky became one of America's favorite bourbon brands, famous for its “double-rich” flavor and distinctive tagline, “The Heart of the Run.” After the Prohibition era, the renowned Schenley Company acquired the brand, reintroducing it in 1934 with marketing illustrations by the iconic artist Norman Rockwell. Through the 1930s and 1940s, Cream of Kentucky earned its place as a leading bourbon.
The Summer 2024 release, crafted under the expertise of Master Distiller Jim Rutledge, preserves the legacy with a Small Batch bottling that promises the same double-rich flavor that made Cream of Kentucky legendary. With a smooth, deep character that honors tradition, this limited Small Batch bourbon is an essential addition for collectors and enthusiasts seeking a taste of classic American craftsmanship.
