Craft Cartel Cucumber & Tarragon Cocktail Syrup is a 16oz bar-quality mixer that brings crisp cucumber and subtle tarragon herb notes to cocktails and mocktails with just a splash.
This concentrated syrup is formulated to simplify craft drink-making at home or behind the bar. Designed to pair seamlessly with gin, vodka, or sparkling water, it replaces muddled produce and complex prep with a consistent, fresh-tasting base. The result is an elevated beverage that highlights botanical brightness without overpowering spirits or mixers.
How will this syrup change my cocktail routine?
Instead of muddling cucumber or steeping herbs, you pour measured syrup to get the same garden-fresh flavor every time. It speeds service, reduces waste, and keeps recipes consistent whether you’re making one drink or a pitcher for guests.
- Ready-to-use 16oz bottle for multiple cocktails
- Concentrated flavor—use sparingly for balanced drinks
- Eliminates prep time like slicing, muddling, or infusing
Which spirits and mixers work best with cucumber & tarragon?
The mixer complements light, botanical spirits and clean, neutral bases. Gin showcases the herbal interplay, vodka lets the cucumber shine, and sparkling water turns the syrup into a bright, alcohol-free refresher.
- Pairs especially well with London dry and botanical gins
- Mixes with vodka for a subtle, refreshing cocktail
- Stirs into soda, tonic, or sparkling water for mocktails
What can I expect from the ingredient profile and taste?
Craft Cartel focuses on recognizable, natural components so the syrup tastes like a real garden herb blend rather than artificial candy. The cucumber offers cool, green notes while tarragon adds a lightly anise-like herbal lift that keeps drinks interesting.
- Clean, herb-forward flavor without cloying sweetness
- Balanced acidity to integrate with spirits and mixers
- No artificial flavors—crafted for an authentic profile
How should I use and store the 16oz bottle for best results?
Shake before use and start with conservative measures—adjust to taste. Once opened, refrigerate to preserve freshness and use within a reasonable timeframe for optimal flavor. The bottle size is suited to small gatherings or frequent at-home cocktailing.
- Suggested start ratio: 1 part syrup to 8–10 parts mixer/spirit
- Refrigerate after opening and cap tightly
- Use for single cocktails, pitchers, or non-alcoholic spritzes
Who this syrup is for: home bartenders, hosts, and small bars that want a reliable way to introduce bright cucumber and nuanced tarragon into their drink menu without extra prep. It’s ideal for people who enjoy botanical cocktails, mocktail enthusiasts seeking elevated non-alcoholic options, and gift-givers assembling curated cocktail sets.
