This liqueur feels instantly inviting. Built on 100% estate-grown California sweet potatoes, it carries the warmth of family recipes straight from Corbin Cash’s San Joaquin Valley farm. They distill at a lower proof to preserve the earthy sweetness, then transfer the spirit into custom-charred American white oak barrels for up to four years, layering in texture and gentle oak spice like a quiet echo of whiskey.
Sweet potato pie comes to mind. Brown sugar, baking spices, and vanilla slide over toasted oak, while subtle citrus peel, nutty praline, and roasted marshmallow notes add layered comfort. At 70 proof, it drinks smoothly and silkily, not cloyingly, with enough structure to anchor cocktails or simple after-dinner sipping. It comes in a 750ml bottle meant for sharing at the table or stashing on the dessert cart.
