The Conti PL16 8B Professional Bench Planetary Mixer is a compact, heavy-duty commercial mixer designed for professional pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, commercial kitchens and food-production environments where space is limited but professional mixing performance is required.
Manufactured in Italy by Conti, the PL16 8B incorporates the strength, precision and mechanical reliability traditionally associated with much larger commercial planetary mixers into a compact 8 litre countertop format.
Its mechanically driven transmission, variable-speed electronic control and professional stainless-steel attachments make it suitable for a wide range of mixing, whipping, beating and light dough applications.
Professional 8 Litre Capacity
The PL16 8B provides an 8 litre bowl capacity, making it particularly well suited to smaller production batches, test kitchens, pastry preparation and operations requiring a dedicated compact mixer alongside larger production equipment.
Despite its relatively small footprint, the mixer is engineered as a professional commercial machine rather than a residential-style countertop appliance.
Variable Speed Control – 40 to 200 RPM
A digital speed variator provides adjustment from approximately 40 to 200 RPM, allowing the operator to select the appropriate mixing speed for different products and attachments.
