Chopin Potato Vodka Black Label is a luxuriously smooth and richly textured Polish vodka, notable for its creamy mouthfeel and subtle nuance—an elegant sipping spirit that also elevates premium cocktails.
Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced in eastern Poland by Chopin Vodka’s family-owned distillery in Krzesk, this Black Label vodka is crafted exclusively from high-quality potatoes, yeast and pure artesian well water. It is distilled four times in small batches to preserve character and clarity. The producer emphasizes single-ingredient purity and a slow, artisanal process rather than mass-market production.
Every bottle reflects the brand’s commitment to ingredient-forward craftsmanship: locally grown Polish potatoes, strict sourcing, dedicated distillation and no additives.
Critics Reviews
Industry commentary consistently applauds Chopin’s potato line for its superior texture and flavor profile. Reviewers highlight its “sweet green-apple and vanilla” nose, followed by “creamy, earthy” taste and a “long, clean finish with no burn”—marking it among the top-tier premium vodkas.
Tasting Profile
Nose: Delicate aromas of green apple skin, fresh vanilla bean, mild bread dough and a hint of baked potato-earth.
Palate: Rich yet refined, the palate unfolds with soft creaminess, subtle baked potato notes, light vanilla sweetness, and a whisper of almond or hazelnut. The texture is full-bodied without heaviness.
Finish: Long and clean with minimal sting—lingering minerality, a fade of vanilla-cream, and a polished dryness that leaves the palate refreshed rather than dulled.
