Chateau De Plaisance Savennieres
A striking dry white from the prestigious slopes of Savennieres, crafted on one of Anjou’s rare 1er Cru vineyards. Chateau de Plaisance produces a vibrant, dry Chenin Blanc that showcases the purity of the terroir. Winemaker Vanessa Cherruau, trained in France and abroad, oversees the estate using organic and biodynamic practices, nurturing the vines for balance, concentration, and expressive character.
- Displays aromas of white flowers, quince, citrus zest, and subtle honeyed notes
- Pale gold with green highlights, offering bright acidity and a creamy, structured palate
- Flavours of ripe pear, apple, citrus, and minerality with a delicate touch of spice
This elegant Savennieres is perfect alongside lobster, scallops, or crab, or with roasted vegetables infused with fresh herbs and citrus.
