The Jacquesson Cuvée N°748 is the latest release in the acclaimed "700 Series" from one of Champagne's most intellectual and quality-driven houses. Eschewing the traditional Non-Vintage (NV) concept of a consistent "house style," Jacquesson’s 700 Series aims to showcase the unique personality of a specific harvest, bolstered by reserve wines to add depth.
Wine Description
Style: Extra Brut (Low dosage of 2 g/L).
Sensory Profile: Shimmering golden appearance with a nose of fresh pear, citrus zest, and wild berries, evolving into complex notes of brioche, toasted nuts, and ginger.
Palate: Remarkable structure with "High Tension." It is savory and vinous, displaying a chalky minerality and a saline finish that is characteristic of Jacquesson’s unfiltered, cask-aged approach.
Technical Detail: Vinified in large oak foudres (tuns) without filtration or fining to preserve the authenticity of the terroir.
