The Cayman Cigar Co. Mariner Robusto is a seafaring standout that delivers a refined medium-to-full-bodied smoking experience in a classic 5" x 52 robusto format. Handcrafted at Tabacalera La iSLA in the Dominican Republic, this premium cigar features a beautifully textured Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, prized for its richness, natural oils, and balanced spice. Beneath the wrapper lies a sturdy Nicaraguan Sumatra binder and a core of Nicaraguan and Dominican long-fillers, expertly blended for complexity, consistency, and smooth performance.
Flavor opens with notes of toasted earth and warm cedar, quickly developing into layers of leather, roasted nuts, and subtle spice. As the cigar progresses, hints of black pepper and savory richness emerge, finishing smooth and controlled with no harsh edges. The 52-ring gauge allows the blend to burn cool and slow, giving each component time to shine while maintaining excellent balance throughout the smoke.
What truly sets Cayman Cigar Co. apart is its mission-driven approach to premium cigars. Founded in 2018, Cayman is recognized as the world’s first non-profit premium cigar brand, operating under a philosophy of “Philanthro-Capitalism.” One hundred percent of net profits are donated to charitable causes, including addiction recovery programs at Beacon Farms, making every cigar a contribution to meaningful change. While rooted in the Cayman Islands—and even cultivating local tobacco for select projects—the Mariner line leverages Dominican expertise and Cuban-trained torcedores to ensure world-class quality.
The Mariner Robusto cigar is ideal for the conscious connoisseur who values exceptional craftsmanship alongside purpose and integrity. Whether enjoyed as a daily indulgence or a reflective evening smoke, it delivers depth, balance, and a story worth supporting. Add this Caribbean-inspired premium cigar to your humidor and enjoy a refined smoke that leaves a positive impact long after the final draw.
