The wait is over. Our highly anticipated new vintage of Castillo Quebrado Cabernet Sauvignon is here. This wine offers silky textures with layers of fruit-driven flavor, oak and Chilean Cab's classic earthy character. Following in the footsteps of its previous 90 point vintage, our 2020 Cabernet is a stunning reflection of the Maule Valley. Here, the Maule River runs from the ocean to the base of the Andes Mountains, moderating high temperatures during the day. Cold nights slow ripening and lengthen the growing season. These conditions result in perfect ripeness and balanced acidity. This wine is a Cab-lovers delight, particularly those who crave bushels of fruit flavor with Chilean wine's herbaceous and rustic character. Bring it along to your next gathering to impress family and friends, or cellar it for a special occasion. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
