After Swedish Match and ST Cigar Group Holdings amalgamated in 2010, General gained the full portfolio of CAO's pre-existing brands. Flathead, on the other hand, was designed by Rick Rodriguez and Ed McKenna while working at General Cigar.
This squared-off cigar takes off right away with aromas of ripe fruit, leather, and molasses that only get stronger as it is smoked further.
CAO Flathead is a box pressed badass that hits on all cylinders – as evidenced by the 95 rating it earned from Cigar Aficionado.
