Happy Canada Day Everyone!
This is a favourite holiday around here at the farm, as it falls before butchering and haying and harvest but after the pressure of seeding and spring work. We try to actually take this holiday as a family and spend the day at the lake. Which also lets Brian and Sam play around with cooking something low and slow, all day long.
In this Canada Day collection we threw in something of everyone's favourites.Â
Ground beef and ground pork (Brian's favourite for melt in your mouth burgers)
Pork roast for pulled pork (Madelyn's favourite)
Chicken wings for appetizers
New York Strip steaks (Alicia's favourite, and a limited release)
Ribs (Sam's favourite, and a limited release)
We are so proud to create a truly Canadian product, in the heart of the prairies, stocked from other small Canadian businesses and processed by small Canadian operations. We know everyone we work with by name and feel that is the heart of what we do. We are so very grateful for the opportunities we’ve had and the opportunities living here has allowed us to create for ourselves and our families. 🥰
