We genuinely respect this ancestral insanity. Master distiller Jaime Navarro rigorously harvests mature Verde agaves that have spent over 18 years surviving the harsh, sun-drenched plains of San Luis Potosí. They meticulously ferment the crushed agave fibers alongside forty liters of fresh pulque to violently jumpstart the yeast interaction. He deliberately runs the vibrant liquid through an incredibly rare, Mongolian-style clay pot still. This painstaking method uses an internal catchment vessel, called a campanilla, to collect the highly concentrated spirit, drop by agonizing drop. You actively pour this remarkable destilado when craving a deeply profound, unadulterated connection to fiercely guarded Mexican heritage.
