Camillo Donati Il Mio Lambrusco is a natural sparkling red wine produced in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, using the traditional Lambrusco grape variety. The vines are grown on limestone and clay soils, contributing to the wine's robust structure and minerality. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle using the ancestral method. The wine is unfiltered, with no added sulfites, emphasizing Donati's commitment to low-intervention winemaking and the expression of terroir. Vibrant flavors of blackberries, cherry, and a touch of earthy spices. Its fine bubbles and lively acidity provide freshness, while a slightly rustic finish adds complexity.
