Bold, unfiltered, and unapologetically authentic—this Single Barrel Cask Strength Reposado Azul from Caballito Cerrero is a true distillery standout. Hand-selected by PLDC, it pours out of a single ex-bourbon barrel (Barrel #9) at a gutsy 99 proof, offering an unmatched expression of agave terroir and craftsmanship. Produced in Amatitán’s storied Santa Rita distillery (NOM 1114), this release honors tradition while daring to defy conventions as a “destilado de agave,” standing proud outside regulatory borders.
