Crafted as a value-driven, classic European-style brandy, Bull XO Brandy Napoleon is an approachable grape spirit designed to deliver traditional French XO characteristics at an accessible price point. Produced from fermented wine grapes, the spirit is distilled in continuous column stills to yield a clean, smooth wine distillate before undergoing aging in French oak casks. Adhering to the "Napoleon" designator tradition, the blend incorporates aged brandies that develop a warm amber color and rounded oak sweetness over time. Bottled in a signature 750ml bottle, Bull XO balances sweet fruit aromatics, light caramel, vanilla, and gentle oak spice, making it a versatile staple for both neat sipping and everyday cocktail mixing.
Food Pairing: Cured meats, milk chocolate, roasted peanuts and cashews, hard cheeses (like Gouda or Cheddar), or sweet fruit pastries.
Tasting Notes: Clear, warm amber in appearance with golden-copper highlights, a light-to-medium body, and fast-moving tears.
Nose: Soft and sweet, opening with notes of caramelized sugar, dried raisins, and vanilla, accompanied by gentle oak wood, dried fruit, and a subtle floral lift.
Palate: Smooth and approachable on the palate, featuring sweet grape nectar, caramel, and butterscotch upfront before opening up to light oak tannins, vanilla bean, and a soft peppery spice.
Finish: Short-to-medium in length, clean and warm with lingering notes of sweet caramel, light wood oak, and gentle spirit warmth.
Serve: Enjoy neat at room temperature in a classic snifter, served over ice, or used as an accessible spirit base in traditional brandy cocktails like a Sidecar, Brandy Alexander, or Brandy & Ginger Ale.
