Brucato Orchards Amaro 750 mL is a California amaro inspired by the orchards stretching from the Central Valley toward the coast. Brucato names apricots, walnuts, Meyer lemon, orange and cinnamon among its dominant ingredients. The illustrated front label depicts an orchard landscape, and the bottle presents this fruit-centered expression from the Brucato amaro range.
The producer describes juicy apricot and candied orange flavors followed by warm spices and walnuts. Dried Blenheim apricots contribute a stone-fruit character, while black walnut hulls lend tannins and richness. Meyer lemon peel adds a bright citrus accent. Together, these ingredients give the amaro a layered profile that moves from ripe fruit and citrus toward spice and walnut richness.
Explore Orchards in a spiced cider with apple cider, cinnamon, cloves and orange peel, as Brucato suggests. Its published cocktails also stir the amaro with gin and sweet vermouth for a Negroni, or pair it with amontillado sherry and bitters. Serve over ice or mix into a favorite aperitif-style drink. This offering is one 750 mL bottle at 23% ABV (46 proof).
