Brucato Oro y Fierro Kumquat Liqueur 700 mL brings the sweet-tart character of California-grown Nagami kumquats to a bright, citrus-forward liqueur. Peak-season fruit is sliced and dried, then combined with dried orange peel and unaged grape brandy. Cold maceration draws out the fruit’s vivid aromas before the infusion rests and is sweetened with cane sugar.
Made in San Francisco, California, this original expression focuses on kumquat rather than chili spice. Fresh citrus and orange peel lead into flavors of orange juice and marmalade, balancing fruit sweetness with gentle bitterness. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), its smooth, vibrant profile offers a distinctive alternative to traditional orange liqueurs in cocktails.
Pour it into a Margarita or Sidecar to bring kumquat brightness to familiar recipes. It also works in a sparkling-wine spritz with fruit, or alongside bourbon and vermouth in a stirred cocktail. Finish with a citrus garnish to complement the orange-peel notes. The format is one standalone 700 mL bottle.
