To celebrate ten years of challenging convention, Brew York’s 10th Birthday Series brings together ten international collaborators, each paired with a cultural figure whose work helped reshape creativity, craft, and culture.
Introducing Tropic Touch, brewed in collaboration with PRIZM Brewing Co. — a Guava, Mango & Apricot Pastry Sour inspired by the iconic French electronic duo Daft Punk. In France, Daft Punk blurred the boundaries between underground experimentation and global culture, showing that playfulness and innovation are not opposites, but partners.
Bursting with guava, mango, and apricot, this vibrant pastry sour balances juicy sweetness with a bright tart finish.
