A rich, complex, neatly balanced expression. There is a slightly sweet nose showing vanilla, cinnamon spice and oak smoke. Indeed there's more of that sweetness on the palate with citrus, honeycomb and coconut flake notes. This is all rounded off with classic peat smoked, bourbon vanilla and lime flavours
