Unlock the full potential of your espresso shots with this 58mm Bottomless (naked) Portafilter, featuring a sleek black handle. Designed for compatibility with a range of high-end espresso machines, this essential barista tool allows for unparalleled insight into your coffee extraction.
With 5.7mm fins, this portafilter will fit Rocket Espresso machines and most 58mm ECM, Profitec and Lelit espresso machines. We strongly recommend measuring the fins on your current portafilter before purchasing.
Why Go Bottomless?
A bottomless portafilter offers more than just a sleek look; it's an incredibly useful tool for both new and experienced baristas. Here's how it elevates your espresso game:
- See Your Extraction: You get to watch the coffee flow directly from the filter basket. This immediate visual feedback helps you spot issues like channelling.
- Refine Your Skills: By observing the extraction, you can fine-tune your puck preparation and tamping technique. This leads to more consistent shots and a better-tasting espresso every time.
- Experience Pure Flavour: With no spouts, the coffee goes straight from the basket to your cup. Many coffee lovers find this direct delivery results in a cleaner, richer flavour profile.
Optimized for Larger Baskets
Say goodbye to limitations! The design of this bottomless portafilter accommodates larger doses of coffee, making it ideal for those who prefer a more robust shot. It comes standard with a 58mm, 21-gram triple basket, but its versatile design means it will also accept any other "standard" sized portafilter basket you may already own.
