Grappa Description
This is a crystal-clear, unaged grappa crafted from select pomace distilled in copper stills. The three-phase distillation process under vacuum and bain-marie heating preserves delicate aromatics. On the nose, it reveals fresh and intense aromas of fruit and flowers with hints of dried berries. The palate is smooth yet powerful, offering elegance and persistence, with lingering fruity notes. Medium-bodied, it strikes a balance between strength and refinement.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with strong cheeses, dark chocolate, or desserts featuring dried fruits such as figs and dates.
