750 ml | abv.:
Tenute RaDe’s “Derthona” Timorasso from Colli Tortonesi captures Piedmont’s cult white in all its depth: heady notes of quince, baked apple, acacia honey and subtle dried-nut complexity glide over a flinty, sea-spray edge, while the palate is full-bodied yet electric, its lees-polished texture and vibrant acidity driving a long, mineral finish that has earned Timorasso the nickname “white Barolo.” Pair this age-worthy stunner with lobster, garlic-roast chicken or well-aged cheeses, and watch it evolve gracefully in cellar for up to a decade—serious Italian pedigree, organic farming and boutique scarcity wrapped into one compelling bottle.
