Boodles British London Dry Gin is a proper British gin known for an understated juniper flavor and distinctive herbal profile — distilled from English wheat, redistilled in a Carter Head copper still, and built around an approachable blend of sage, rosemary, and nutmeg with a notable omission of citrus botanicals. Most often enjoyed in a martini or a Boodles & Tonic.
Every batch of Boodles begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat. The liquid is then redistilled in a Carter Head copper still, which allows the botanicals to gradually infuse into the spirit through vapor contact rather than direct steeping. The mellow, herbal character of sage, rosemary, and nutmeg balances against the piney essence of juniper without the citrus brightness common to most modern London dry gins — producing an understated, formal-occasion gin built for the classics.
