90 points Jeb Dunnuck
From two high-elevation parcels, the light-bodied 2025 Albillo Blanco de Bodega is fresh and fruity in pear and apple, leesy and creamy from four months on the lees. it spent no time in wood and is easy-drinking, with complementary elements of hazelnut, almond, and fresh cut hay. Drink now. 100% Albillo Mayor
After waiting for the optimal level of ripeness—meeting the ideal criteria for producing our *Blanco de Bodega*—the grape clusters were hand-harvested into 10 kg crates. The clusters then passed over a sorting table before being pressed using gentle, intermittent pressure; this method extracts the finest qualities of the Albillo Mayor variety while avoiding the extraction of unwanted components. - Winery
