Formerly Jamaican No. 1 Bitters
Jamaican jerk botanicals in bitters? That’s crazy. Crazy good! Leave it to us to tinker with pimento – also known as allspice – and capture the essence of a berry that’s been used in drinks since the ancient Mayan age.
Nowadays, aromatic bitters reign supreme and spicy cocktails are found in bar programs everywhere. We’ve met the moment, bringing together ginger and allspice to create a world of piquant flavour. These rum-based bitters are at home in tiki drinks, add instant mulling spice to hot cocktails, plus elevate ginger flavour and spiciness. They’ll even hold their own against punchy ryes and smoky spirits like mezcal and scotch. When these bitters find their rightful place in a cocktail, you might feel a little cozy. Like wrapping yourself in a sweater made from Caribbean-inspired deliciousness!
