A small-batch and highly mixable spirit from Germany, made from distilled Riesling. Perfect for those who don't like juniper, this is macerated with 12 handpicked botanicals, including Madagascan voatsiperifery pepper, liquorice, star anise, mace and cocoa shell. The spirit has almost Christmassy notes of dried fruit, orange peel and spice - try it in long drinks or add some to mulled wine.

Product Description
Since we have always been passionate about gin and exciting flavours from around the globe, we came up with the idea of creating our own gin, inspired by our travels and adventures. The concept: German handmade quality, combined with the best ingredients from all over the world. With our brand BIRDS, we didn’t just want to leave a lasting mark on the craft movement, but also to create our own community with people who share a passion for travel, adventure and enjoyment and want to constantly broaden their horizons. This is how our hashtag #wearebirds was born!
