Panama Bambito Estate Cold Fermentation Anaerobic Natural Yellow Catuai Golden Tropic comes from Big Sur Coffee, sourced directly from the Amar Sittón family's celebrated Bambito Estate in Cerro Punta, Chiriquí, Panama, at 1,650–1,800 MASL. A family legacy since 1945, now in its fourth and fifth generation, Bambito Estate sits between two national forest parks and two mountain ridges that create distinct natural microclimates — ideal for slow, precise cherry development. The signature Yellow Catuai variety, named Golden Tropic for its striking lemon-yellow cherries, undergoes a cold fermentation anaerobic natural process — concentrating its tropical fruit sugars with remarkable clarity and a creamy, velvety texture. The result is a vivid, indulgent cup with notes of mango, hawthorn, passionfruit, and a lingering creamy finish.
