Looking for a smooth nicotine solution without the smoke, vapour, or hassle? The XQS Berrynana Twist nicotine pouches deliver exactly that. Each slim, all-white pouch combines a mellow banana taste with bright mixed berry notes—creating a balanced, fruity profile that's genuinely pleasant to use. Developed in Sweden by XQS, these pouches focus on flavour clarity and straightforward combinations in a format that's completely discreet. With 8mg nicotine strength per pouch and 20 pouches per can, you're getting a reliable tobacco-free alternative that works gradually over 30–40 minutes. Whether you're new to Nicotine Pouches or switching from traditional methods, this product offers satisfying craving relief without the complications of smoking or vaping.
What Makes Berrynana Twist Stand Out
The standout feature here is simplicity. There's no tobacco involved, no vapour production, and no noticeable odour—you just place the pouch under your upper lip and let it work. The flavour combination is genuinely balanced; the banana doesn't overpower the berries, and the berries don't mask the creaminess. It's the sort of thing where you think "oh, that actually tastes nice" rather than tolerating it. Available at greyhaze, the slim pouch design means it sits comfortably and stays discreet, whether you're at work, socialising, or just going about your day. That's the real appeal here—craving relief that doesn't announce itself.
How to Use XQS Berrynana Twist Pouches Properly
Getting the most from these pouches is straightforward, but there's a correct method. Place one pouch under your upper lip, resting it against your gum. You'll feel a light tingling sensation within moments—that's how you know it's working. Leave it in place for 20–40 minutes; most users find 30 minutes hits the sweet spot for flavour and nicotine absorption. Don't chew, suck, or swallow the pouch—just let it sit there. Once you're done, either bin it or pop it in the storage compartment on the lid. The gradual release means you're getting consistent nicotine absorption rather than a sudden rush, which suits most people better.
Understanding the 8mg Nicotine Strength
The 8mg strength sits in the "Strong" category, which means it's better suited for experienced users or anyone who's used nicotine products before. If you're completely new to exploring Nicotine Pouches, this might be more intense than you'd expect—you'll feel a noticeable effect, and that tingling sensation can be quite pronounced. For regular users switching from cigarettes or other nicotine products, it'll feel about right. The strength ensures you're getting satisfying craving relief without needing to use multiple pouches throughout the day.
Tobacco-Free & High-Quality Ingredients
These are genuinely tobacco-free pouches made from high-quality ingredients designed specifically for flavour and nicotine delivery. The tobacco-free approach means there's none of the harshness or complexity you'd get from traditional snus—it's a cleaner experience overall. You're getting nicotine and flavouring without the baggage. That matters if you're looking for a straightforward, hassle-free nicotine solution that doesn't come with the health considerations tied to tobacco products.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is XQS the same as traditional snus?
Not quite. XQS isn't traditional snus because it contains no tobacco—it's often called "tobacco-free snus" because of the pouch format and similar use method. The experience is comparable, but without the tobacco element, it's cleaner and simpler.
How long does the nicotine effect last from XQS pouches?
The nicotine releases gradually over a 30–40 minute period. You'll notice the tingling sensation strongest in the first 15 minutes, with flavour and nicotine absorption continuing for the full duration. Most users leave the pouch in for around 30 minutes before removing it.
What does the 8mg strength mean, and is it right for me?
8mg is classified as "Strong" and suits experienced users or anyone already familiar with nicotine products. If you're switching from cigarettes, you'll likely find it satisfying. If you're completely new to nicotine, it might feel quite intense—you'll definitely notice the effect.
Can I chew or swallow the pouches?
No. You shouldn't chew, suck, or swallow the pouches. Just place one under your lip and let it sit. The idea is to let the nicotine and flavour release gradually without ingesting the pouch material itself.
How discreet are these pouches really?
Very. The slim, all-white format sits neatly under your lip and produces no smoke, vapour, or noticeable odour. Nobody will know you're using one unless you tell them.
