Berry Jam on Toast nic salt e-liquid from Dinner Lady's Dessert Bar Salts collection captures that perfect breakfast moment in vapour form. Available at Grey Haze, this 10ml bottle delivers sweet, tangy berry jam layered beautifully over warm, golden toast notes - creating a nostalgic flavour that's both comforting and satisfying. Available in 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg nicotine strengths, it's designed specifically for mouth-to-lung vaping with its balanced 50% VG / 50% PG blend. Dinner Lady, one of the UK's leading e-liquid manufacturers, has crafted this breakfast-inspired blend to transform a beloved comfort food into a premium vaping experience that works perfectly with refillable pod kits and low-wattage devices.
Flavour Profile & Experience
The magic happens in the balance - tart mixed berries hit you first, followed by that distinctive toasty, savoury finish that makes this blend genuinely special. It's not just another fruit flavour; there's something properly comforting about how the berry jam sweetness mingles with those warm, golden bread tones.
Made with salt nicotine, this e-liquid delivers a smooth throat hit that's absorbed quickly by the body, satisfying cravings fast without harshness. The 50% VG concentration produces minimal vapour, making it ideal for discrete vaping whilst maintaining that authentic mouth-to-lung feel that mimics traditional smoking.
Device Compatibility & Usage
This nic salt works best with low-wattage devices and higher-ohm coils. Think refillable pod kits and simple pen-style devices rather than high-powered sub-ohm setups. The formulation is specifically designed for MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping style, which feels most natural for those transitioning from cigarettes or preferring a more controlled vaping experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Berry Jam on Toast suitable for beginners?
Absolutely - the smooth nic salt formulation and balanced 50/50 ratio make it perfect for new vapers. The flavour isn't overwhelming, and the throat hit is gentle compared to freebase nicotine.
What devices work best with this e-liquid?
Refillable pod kits and pen-style devices are ideal. Avoid high-wattage sub-ohm tanks as they're not designed for nic salts and won't deliver the intended flavour experience.
How does the toast flavour come through?
The toast notes provide a warm, golden backdrop rather than dominating the mix. It's subtle but distinctive - adding that savoury element that makes this more than just another berry e-liquid.
Which nicotine strength should I choose?
If you're coming from cigarettes, 10mg or 20mg usually works well. Light smokers or those stepping down might prefer 5mg. The nic salt absorption is efficient, so you'll likely need less than you think.
Does it contain any allergens?
Yes - Dinner Lady products may contain traces of nuts, so check the packaging if you have allergies. The bottle includes full ingredient information and safety warnings.
How long does a 10ml bottle typically last?
Depends on your usage, but most MTL vapers find a 10ml bottle lasts several days to a week. The concentrated flavour means you don't need to vape as frequently as with weaker e-liquids.
