Bejon Cabernet Franc Saint Germain is sourced from their small vineyards in Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne; the vines grow in soils composed of clay, limestone, and flint, which give the wine both structure and minerality. This Cabernet Franc is known for its bright, expressive fruit, offering flavors of red berries, herbs, and a touch of earthiness. The wine's natural acidity balances these flavors, making it highly drinkable yet complex. With minimal intervention in the cellar, the Bejons allow the wine to ferment with native yeasts and age in a mix of old casks without the addition of sulfites. The wine's silky tannins and refreshing finish make it perfect for pairing with a variety of foods, from grilled meats to vegetable dishes.
