Experience the authentic soul of Peru with Barsol Puro Pisco, a single-varietal expression crafted entirely from Quebranta grapes. This traditional pisco embodies centuries of Peruvian distilling heritage, showcasing the pure, unadulterated essence of one of South America's most iconic spirits in its most classic form.
"Puro" means pure in Spanish, and this pisco lives up to its name. Made exclusively from non-aromatic Quebranta grapes—the most traditional variety used in pisco production—Barsol Puro represents the benchmark style that has defined Peruvian pisco for generations. No additives, no aging, no dilution after distillation: just pure grape spirit at its finest.
Barsol Puro Pisco is crystal clear in the glass, a visual testament to its unaged purity. The nose is clean and inviting: fresh grape must, subtle floral notes, hints of stone fruit, and a delicate minerality that speaks to the terroir of Peru's coastal valleys.
On the palate, the pisco is remarkably smooth and elegant for its proof. Flavors of ripe grape, white peach, and pear emerge, balanced by a subtle earthiness and gentle spice. The texture is silky and viscous, coating the mouth with refined grape spirit character. Despite its strength, there's no harsh alcohol burn—just pure, clean fruit expression.
The finish is long and warming with lingering grape sweetness and a pleasant peppery note that showcases the quality of the distillation.
