Barrell Bourbon Tale of Two Islands is an adventurous expression that bridges American bourbon tradition with Caribbean rum cask finishing. This innovative bourbon has been finished in casks from two distinct island rum traditions, creating a spirit that tells a story of cultural exchange and flavor exploration. The rum cask finishing imparts layers of tropical fruit, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, and exotic spices to the bourbon's rich caramel and oak foundation. The result is a warm, complex bourbon with a distinctly tropical character that transports you to sun-soaked islands with every sip. Bottled at cask strength without chill filtration, Tale of Two Islands delivers full flavor and exceptional depth. Perfect for bourbon enthusiasts seeking something beyond the ordinary, this expression showcases the creative possibilities of Caribbean cask finishing.
