Baron De Lustrac Bas Armagnac 1986 Vintage
A refined single‑vintage expression selected and matured by Baron de Lustrac, an independent house renowned since 1994 for curating exceptional Armagnacs from top growers across Gascony. With decades of ageing in French oak, this release captures the elegance, depth and aromatic purity that define well‑matured Bas‑Armagnac.
- The nose opens with warm, inviting aromas of dried fruits, orange peel, caramelised apple and gentle oak spice.
- On the palate, it is rich and velvety, offering balanced sweetness, soft spice and a smooth, rounded texture.
- The finish is long and elegant, lingering with notes of baked fruit, caramel and subtle oak warmth.
Perfect served neat as a contemplative digestif, it also pairs beautifully with chocolate desserts, caramel pastries or baked fruit tarts.
