Wine Description
The Baron de Lestac Les Hauts de Lestac 2021 presents a clear, deep garnet colour. The sensory profile is classic and well-defined, featuring an aromatic nose of red and black currants, layered with sophisticated notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and balanced, showcasing supple tannins and a fresh acidity that provides a clean structure. It is characterized by its smooth texture and a lingering finish with subtle notes of tobacco and dark fruit. This traditional Bordeaux blend is primarily composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and has been aged in oak barrels to enhance its complexity and soften its tannins.
