Baker's High Rye Bourbon Limited Release is an exceptional expression from the legendary Jim Beam Small Batch Bourbon Collection, crafted to showcase the bold, spicy character of a high-rye mash bill. This limited-edition bourbon honors the legacy of Baker Beam, grand-nephew of Jim Beam, who dedicated his life to perfecting the art of bourbon-making.
This special release features an elevated rye content in the mash bill, creating a spicier, more robust flavor profile than the traditional Baker's 7 Year. Aged to perfection and bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV), this bourbon delivers exceptional depth and complexity with the signature smoothness that has made Baker's a favorite among bourbon enthusiasts.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Bold rye spice, caramel, and vanilla with hints of cinnamon, black pepper, and toasted oak
- Palate: Rich and spicy with notes of toffee, dark fruit, peppery rye, baking spices, and charred oak
- Finish: Long and warming with lingering rye spice, caramel, and oak
Perfect for bourbon enthusiasts who appreciate high-rye, high-proof expressions with bold character. Enjoy neat to experience its full intensity, or on the rocks. A standout limited release from the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection.
