The Asylum Schizo Toro is proof that exceptional everyday cigars can come from the same hands responsible for some of the industry's most acclaimed premium blends. Created by Christian Eiroa and handcrafted at the famed JRE Tobacco factory in Honduras, Schizo is rolled entirely from premium Nicaraguan long-fillers that don't quite meet the exacting appearance standards required for Asylum's flagship cigars. Rather than letting these outstanding tobaccos go to waste, Eiroa transformed them into a value-priced cigar that delivers authentic premium flavor at an everyday price.
Measuring 6" x 50, the Toro offers a leisurely smoking experience that allows its Nicaraguan tobaccos to develop naturally. Notes of cedar, roasted coffee, earth, black pepper, and subtle natural sweetness unfold with remarkable balance, while the longer format encourages a cool, even burn from beginning to end. Medium-bodied and satisfying, it delivers the rich character enthusiasts expect from Christian Eiroa without unnecessary complexity or a premium price tag.
The Asylum Schizo Toro has earned a loyal following by consistently delivering quality, flavor, and value in every cigar. Whether you're stocking the humidor with dependable daily smokes or discovering the Asylum portfolio for the first time, the Toro offers an honest premium smoking experience that punches well above its price point.
