Asbach Spezialbrand 15 Year Old Brandy
Asbach Spezialbrand 15 Year Old Brandy is crafted by one of Germany’s most distinguished producers, founded in 1892 in Rdesheim am Rhein. Made from select wine distillates, it undergoes double distillation in copper stills to ensure purity and depth.
The brandy is matured in Limousin oak casks, imparting layers of caramel, vanilla, and toasted almond alongside gentle oak warmth. This extended ageing creates a high-quality brandy.
- On the nose, deep aromas of dried fruit such as raisin and prune combine with oak and subtle spice.
- The palate is smooth and creamy, revealing caramel, vanilla, and hints of toasted almond for a refined texture.
- The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of dark chocolate and light spice.
Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate and nuts.
