Unique wine like beverages made by fermenting tea as their base flavour. Tea provides body and astringency, which is complemented by select spices and fruits as well. The Arensbak Red is best served with a light chill. Earthy, with flavours of woodland dark fruits and hints of juniper.
Crafted in Copenhagen, Denmark, this beverage uses ripe pu-erh tea and calendula, as well as aronia, sour cherry and other juices for colour and flavour. Certified organic.
The flavours are juicy, aromatic, syrah-like. Layered, vibrant with a well integrated acidity. Rounded fruit character without detectable sweetness. Fine tannin, mouth-filling medium body with spice and umami through a long finish. Impressive!
