Introducing the Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks Whiskey, meticulously crafted through a blend of time-honored techniques and modern innovation. This unique spirit is born from a high-rye mash and an artful finish in Caribbean rum casks that were once used for French cognac, contributing to a harmonious integration of spice, sweetness, and oak nuances. The meticulous process emphasizes precision at every stage, from selecting pure ingredients to carefully tracking each small batch,to generate a notably balanced flavor profile.
Our distillers have embraced a refined finishing method by aging the rye for up to 18 months in vintage Caribbean XO casks, imparting a distinctive character that marries the robust spice of rye with a gentle touch of rum sweetness. Bottled at 100 proof and produced in limited batches, this finely tuned whiskey is designed for those who appreciate complexity in every sip. Act now to secure your bottle and add a refined spirit to your collection.
