Angel’s Envy Bottled-in-Bond Cask Strength Bourbon is a limited-release Kentucky straight bourbon that showcases the distillery’s whiskey in its pure, unfinished form. Aged for nearly six years and bottled at 100 proof, it offers inviting aromas of caramelized sugar, vanilla wafers, and ripe banana. The palate is rich yet balanced, with notes of honey, creamy coffee, light fruit syrup, toasted oak, and gentle baking spice. The finish is smooth, rounded, and lingering, with soft oak and subtle sweetness. Bottled at cask strength without the secondary barrel finishing typically associated with Angel’s Envy, this release highlights the character of the bourbon itself while meeting the traditional Bottled-in-Bond standard.
