Andre Jacquart Experience 1er Cru Blanc De Blancs Extra Brut
A refined Premier Cru Champagne from the village of Vertus in the Cote des Blancs, this wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. Crafted with care and precision by an independent grower, it delivers a beautifully expressive and mineral-driven style. Aged for a minimum of four years on the lees, it shows elegance and depth with a vibrant freshness throughout.
- Andre Jacquart Experience 1er Cru Blanc De Blancs Extra Brut shows aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, ripe apple and fresh peach
- Fine perlage and brilliant pale yellow colour enhance the Champagne’s elegance and clarity
- The palate is creamy and textured, with notes of lime, grapefruit and hints of salinity adding depth
- A long lees ageing brings layers of complexity and a savoury, mineral-driven finish
- Blended with 30% reserve wine, it offers balance, structure and a refined, persistent character
This Champagne pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, including oysters, scallops and sashimi. Its vibrant acidity also complements delicate white fish dishes and shellfish pastas. For more substantial fare, enjoy with lightly grilled chicken or veal in lemon-based sauces.
