This exceptional wine is part of our Fine Wine Collection.
Winemaking Winemakers craft this white blend to balance aromatic lift with layered texture. After fermentation, the wine rests on its lees in a mix of stainless steel and large-format oak puncheons, 25% of which are new. Gentle bâtonnage builds a creamy mouthfeel and mid-palate weight, while preserving the wine’s bright floral and fruit-driven character. The stainless steel maintains freshness, while the subtle oxygen exchange from the puncheons adds depth and a refined, lingering finish.
Vintage The 2024 vintage offered ideal conditions for crafting a white blend of nuance and finesse. A cool, steady spring led to even flowering, while moderate summer temperatures allowed for slow, balanced ripening. Harvested in early September, the fruit arrived with vibrant aromatics and pristine natural acidity. Careful aging on the lees in both stainless steel and large-format oak barrels captured the vintage’s hallmark combination of freshness and layered complexity.
Pairing Logic This vibrant white blend shines alongside a wide range of dishes, from grilled seafood and roast chicken to creamy pastas and fresh salads with citrus vinaigrette. Its layers of white peach and floral notes pair beautifully with subtly sweet or aromatic ingredients like melon, fennel, or ginger. The wine’s creamy texture and Meyer lemon acidity make it especially suited to rich cheeses or lightly spiced fare, offering a refreshing lift with every bite.
