What makes this grenadine different from standard syrups?
The Finest Call formula uses a mix of premium pomegranate and dark sweet cherry juices to add layered fruit notes rather than a single-fruit profile. Sweetness is tuned with both cane and corn sugar to create a syrup that pours smoothly and dissolves easily in cold liquids.
- 5% combined fruit juice for authentic fruit character
- Pomegranate plus dark sweet cherry for depth and color
- Cane and corn sugar balance viscosity and sweetness
- Consistent texture for predictable drink recipes
How should bartenders and home mixologists use it?
Use Finest Call Grenadine as the go-to red syrup for classic cocktails (like the Tequila Sunrise or Shirley Temple), to add color and sweet-tart balance to craft sodas, or as a finishing drizzle over desserts. Its syrupy body mixes well in shaken and stirred drinks without separating.
- Standard cocktail pour: use it as a measured sweetener or color agent
- Shake with spirits or nonalcoholic mixers for even distribution
- Stir into carbonated drinks gently to preserve effervescence
- Drizzle on plated desserts for visual impact and fruit flavor
How do storage and handling affect quality?
Store the sealed 1L bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; refrigerate after opening to extend freshness. Because the product contains sugars and a modest fruit juice percentage, proper resealing helps maintain color and flavor while preventing microbial growth.
- Keep sealed until first use; refrigerate after opening
- Use within the manufacturer’s recommended period after opening
- Avoid exposure to heat and sunlight to preserve color intensity
- Shake or invert before measuring if slight settling occurs
What recipes or pairings work best with this grenadine?
Its balanced sweetness and layered fruit notes pair well with light spirits (vodka, rum, tequila), dark spirits for contrast, citrus elements for brightness, and sparkling water for low-proof high-impact beverages. It also complements dessert sauces and fruit-based culinary applications.
- Mix into rum or tequila cocktails for color and sweet-tart balance
- Add to sparkling water with lime for a quick nonalcoholic refresher
- Blend into dessert glazes, ice creams, or fruit compotes
- Use as a barback staple for consistent drink construction
